With a decade of experience leading State Farm offices, Justine plays a crucial role assisting customers with their insurance policy needs, ensuring they receive the coverage and attention they deserve.
Outside work, Justine’s focus shifts to her three daughters, Mya (11) and 3-year-old twins Aaliyah and Ava, who couldn’t be more different!

Rachel is a proud graduate of Exeter High School and earned summa cum laude honors from Kutztown University. She enjoys good food and Philadelphia sports teams, residing here in Berks County with her family.

With over 10 years of experience in customer service, Kayla provides a steady and calm presence in our Exeter Township office. Luke developed these skills through previous professional positions and during his years as a successful student-athlete in college. Customers enjoy Luke’s ability to connect with them and understand their needs.
Luke grew up in Berks County and attended Exeter High School. He earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Juniata College, where he was a three-time All-American volleyball player for the Eagles. Outside of our office, Luke enjoys golfing and fishing with friends and exploring our country by traveling to national parks.

Julie Cohen
Customer Relations Representative

Julie represents Sandy Cohen State Farm by assisting her husband, Sandy, and supporting our team with crucial behind-the-scenes duties. She also helps our Wyomissing customers with their service-related needs, from updating policy details to answering questions about their home or auto insurance, and supports the team’s involvement in community events.
Julie is proud to be a native of Berks County. She earned a journalism degree from the University of Alabama, where she competed on the women’s golf team. Before Sandy opened the agency in 2009, Julie worked as a sports reporter for the Reading Eagle newspaper. Julie is an avid runner and stays busy with her three children outside the office.
