Office Manager
Justine serves as office manager for the Sandy Cohen State Farm team. Her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail ensure our Exeter Township and Wyomissing offices run smoothly. With a decade of experience leading State Farm offices, Justine plays a crucial role assisting customers with their insurance policy needs, ensuring they receive the coverage and attention they deserve.
Outside work, Justine’s focus shifts to her three daughters, Mya (11) and 3-year-old twins Aaliyah and Ava, who couldn’t be more different!

Rachel Harmelin
Customer Service Representative
Rachel was a State Farm customer for 10 years before joining the Sandy Cohen State Farm team in February 2016. With her sharp mind and caring nature, Rachel quickly evaluates and meets the diverse needs of our Wyomissing, PA customers, building strong personal relationships whether discussing auto, home, or life insurance.
Rachel is a proud graduate of Exeter High School and earned summa cum laude honors from Kutztown University. She enjoys good food and Philadelphia sports teams, residing here in Berks County with her family.

Personal Account Representative
Pete is a Personal Account Representative known for his remarkable ability to understand and meet the unique needs of our customers. With over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, Pete has become a reliable source, guiding our Wyomissing customers through options for auto, home, and life insurance. His friendly and approachable demeanor creates a comfortable environment where customers feel confident sharing their needs and concerns, setting him apart through strong relationship development.
When he’s not helping the Sandy Cohen State Farm family, Pete spends time with his wife, Angie, their children, and pets. Pete and Angie enjoy living life to its fullest and can be seen at occasional Eagles games (Go Birds!). Pete also enjoys riding his Harley when the sun is shining.

Kayla Erb
Account Representative
Kayla serves the Sandy Cohen State Farm team as a Personal Account Representative. With over 10 years of experience in customer service, Kayla provides a steady and calm presence in our Exeter Township office. Customers enjoy working with Kayla for her knowledge, patience, promptness, and thoroughness, consistently going above and beyond for their insurance needs, whether for auto, home, or renters coverage. Some customers have even said the service Kayla provides is simply amazing!
Outside our office, Kayla enjoys time with her 7-year-old daughter, Juno. Kayla can often be found at home scratching her creative itch through cooking, baking bread and other treats, and sewing outfits for Juno.

Jeanne Thompson
Personal Account Representative
Jeanne started her insurance journey several years ago and recently joined our team as a Personal Account Representative from another State Farm agency. Jeanne provides exceptional service, assisting customers with their discounts, coverage questions for auto and home insurance, and billing inquiries. She also excels at welcoming new customers to the Sandy Cohen State Farm family by writing new policies. Jeanne especially enjoys taking the time to help people uncover their needs and understand their policies in a way that makes sense to them. She is appreciated for her helpful nature, professionalism, knowledge, friendliness, and efficiency.
Outside of work, Jeanne can be found spending time with her fiancé – they are preparing for a wedding later this year – and attending his band’s shows. She also enjoys cuddling up with her cats and hanging out with her family.

Luke Hoffman
Luke brings a strong background in customer service, communication and leadership to his role as a personal account representative for Sandy Cohen State Farm. Luke developed these skills through previous professional positions and during his years as a successful student-athlete in college. Customers enjoy Luke’s ability to connect with them and understand their needs.
Luke grew up in Berks County and attended Exeter High School. He earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Juniata College, where he was a three-time All-American volleyball player for the Eagles. Outside of our office, Luke enjoys golfing and fishing with friends and exploring our country by traveling to national parks.

Julie Cohen
Customer Relations Representative
Julie represents Sandy Cohen State Farm by assisting her husband, Sandy, and supporting our team with crucial behind-the-scenes duties. She also helps our Wyomissing customers with their service-related needs, from updating policy details to answering questions about their home or auto insurance, and supports the team’s involvement in community events.
Julie is proud to be a native of Berks County. She earned a journalism degree from the University of Alabama, where she competed on the women’s golf team. Before Sandy opened the agency in 2009, Julie worked as a sports reporter for the Reading Eagle newspaper. Julie is an avid runner and stays busy with her three children outside the office.
